With more than 25 years of corporate experience, I bring together professional practice, psychology, and real-world organisational experience. I hold a PhD in Social and Behavioural Science (Psychology) and a Master of Counselling, and have been a licensed professional counsellor since 2015.

I believe well-being is about developing the awareness, resilience, relationships, and inner resources to live and work well within our own reality.

For larger and multidisciplinary projects, I collaborate with experienced professionals and subject-matter experts, bringing together the right expertise to meet each client's needs.
